Clinical Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Promotes day-to-day clinical integrity by coaching and supporting staff to provide effective, ethical, and consistent care in alignment with best practices and organizational standards
- • Provides direct supervision and guidance to clinical team, including regular supervision meetings, performance feedback, and support in implementing evidence-based practices and treatment plans
- • Oversees the tracking and monitoring of High-Risk case reviews, clinical incidents, and related follow-up actions to ensure appropriate documentation, accountability, and resolution in alignment with organizational policies and clinical standards
- • Monitor caseloads, acuity levels, and staffing patterns to ensure service intensity and frequency meet both clinical needs and regulatory expectations
- • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- • Exercise great time management skills
- • Provide data to the PIT team on assigned topics
- • Supervise Clinical Staff
- • Maintain a positive, open relationship with all management and staff
- • Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock Manor residents’ rights
- • Complete any additional tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, Human Services, or closely related field
- • 3+ years of management experience in a clinical setting, required
- • Must hold a valid license in a behavioral healthcare discipline
- • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
