Document Compliance Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Review employee, resident, administrative, and compliance-related documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and required supporting information.
  • • Verify that documents are completed according to company policies, procedures, regulatory expectations, and applicable confidentiality requirements.
  • • Identify missing, outdated, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent documentation and communicate needed corrections to the appropriate supervisor, manager, or department.
  • • Track document review status, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain organized records of completed reviews, corrections, and pending documentation.
  • • Assist with preparing, updating, organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining documents in paper and electronic document management systems.
  • • Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and company information in accordance with company policy and privacy requirements.
  • • Support internal audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews by locating records, reviewing documentation, and reporting identified concerns.
  • • Prepare summaries, logs, reports, or checklists related to document review findings, trends, missing items, and follow-up needs.
  • • Collaborate professionally with administrative staff, management, and program teams to support accurate, timely, and compliant documentation practices.
  • • Archive, retain, or dispose of documents according to company retention practices and applicable requirements.

Qualifications

  • • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • • Prior experience with document review, administrative support, compliance tracking, records management, or quality assurance preferred.
  • • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
  • • Ability to maintain organized records, track deadlines, and follow up on pending documentation.
  • • Ability to use computers, scanners, email, electronic files, and document management systems.
  • • Must respect the confidentiality of residents, staff, and company information.
  • • Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while accepting supervision and direction.
  • • Must be able to communicate professionally and work cooperatively with supervisors, managers, administrative staff, and program teams.
  • • Ability to represent Coordinated Care Professionals, LLC, in a professional manner.
