Human Resources Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director by:
    • ◦ Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyze information
    • ◦ Filing and retrieving HR and or corporate records, documents, and reports as needed
    • ◦ Preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution
  • • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
  • • Investigate and resolve employee requests regarding human resources issues and concerns
  • • Coordinate, communicate and schedule interviews with candidates
  • • Conduct support staff interviews
  • • Complete reference checks
  • • Ensure processing of timely performance appraisals are completed for all support staff
  • • Retrieve mail and distribute accordingly
  • • Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • • Oversee spreadsheets for various projects
  • • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • • Complete Secretary of State Renewals for all company vehicles
  • • Maintain vehicle registration list for all homes
    • ◦ Oversee all insurance needs
  • • Assist with marketing strategies:
    • ◦ Oversee Flatrock website, social media accounts
    • ◦ Create flyers for hiring events
  • • Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director
  • • Maintain a positive, open, and supportive relationship with all management and staff
  • • Utilize all communication tools including FIN
  • • Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock Inc. residents’ rights

Qualifications:

  • • High School Diploma or GED
  • • A minimum of two years of human resources experience
  • • Must possess strong administrative and clerical skills
  • • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • • Must be able to handle sensitive information and tasks discreetly
