IT Support & Microsoft 365 Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Provide day-to-day technical support for staff across all locations, including:
  • • Computers, printers, mobile devices, and telephones
  • • Manage user onboarding and off-boarding in Microsoft 365:
    • ◦ Account creation, access provisioning, and deactivation
  • • Support Microsoft 365 applications:
    • ◦ Outlook, Teams, SharePoint (including permissions and access)
  • • Troubleshoot login, password, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues
  • • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • • Maintain device inventory and assist with asset tracking
  • • Ensure all systems remain up to date:
    • ◦ Windows updates, antivirus, and Office updates
  • • Log, track, and resolve all issues using the internal IT ticketing system
  • • Support connectivity issues including WiFi, printers, and network access
  • • Assist with troubleshooting facility systems such as camera monitoring software
  • • Document common issues and solutions to improve internal processes
  • • Provide on-site support as needed across company locations
  • • Maintain a positive, service-oriented relationship with all staff

Core Systems focus:

  • • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • • User identity and access management
  • • Endpoint/device support (Windows-based systems)

Qualifications:

  • • 2+ years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience
  • • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

  • • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, etc.)
  • • Experience supporting camera or facility systems

Education:

  • • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
