Lead Custodian
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Supervise a team of custodial staff
- • Manage custodial supplies and equipment
- • Ensure Oakley is clean, neat, and free from clutter
- • Maintain cleanliness of office spaces by:
- ◦ Taking out trash
- ◦ Tidying furniture
- ◦ Dusting surfaces
- • Clean and sanitize toilets and sinks
- • Restock disposables
- • Sweep
- • Mop
- • Vacuum
- • Clean windows
- • Check outside of Oakley for trash and debris daily
- • Maintain a positive, open relationship with Management and staff
- • Educate and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
- • Complete any additional task assigned
Qualifications:
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Prior supervisory experience
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Reliable transportation
- • Previous custodial/janitorial experience (preferred)
