Orientation Associate
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Facilitate orientation for all new hires
- • Recruit, interview and hire potential Direct Care Worker (DCW) candidates
- • Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- • Teach Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes
- • Create new hire folders (CPI, Employee Handbook, Floor Documentation)
- • Create Employee Home Binder (Items listed on Staff Roster Master List)
- • Create new hire roster with all training dates, background information
- • Process Background Check Application
- • Schedule fingerprinting appointment for selected applicants
- • Complete ICHAT/OIG/SAM background checks
- • Add/Remove staff to required accounts (ADP, Humanity, GroupMe, T-Sheets)
- • Add/Remove staff and new hires to Motor Vehicle Record system
- • Oversee first orientation session to facilitate employee paperwork (payroll, insurance, policies, etc.)
- • Create orientation schedule bi-weekly (additional as requested)
- ◦ Orientation schedule includes CPI, Recipient Rights, CPR/First Aid, Health Screening, TB test reading, Classroom training/testing, and assigned home visit
- • Grade orientation training test
- • Create required training certifications
- • Scan and email all ORR checks to required Community Mental Health Organizations
- • Send New Hire Availability and New Hire Emergency forms to Admins
- • Track In-Home Orientation documentation and completion
- • Complete fingerprinting after building hours every few weeks
- • Create Excel database for each orientation session
- ◦ Once files are complete, file them away alphabetically in the file room
- • Assist with Marketing Team and social media
- • Maintain a positive, open relationship with clinical team and management
- • Educate, train, and advocate for all Flatrock Manor residents’ rights
- • Complete any additional task assigned from the Operations Supervisor

- • Must be able to accept supervision and work cooperatively with other staff
- • Demonstrate respect for the individuals and families with whom they work
- • Ability to represent Coordinated Care Professionals, LLC, in a professional manner
- • Must have reliable transportation
